Una aproximación al proyecto fallido de construcción de una Central Nuclear en Cuba y cómo esas instalaciones podrían estar en vías de ser reutilizadas como un vertedero de desechos peligrosos, con todas las posibles consecuencias que esto implicaría. Los habitantes de la Ciudad Nuclear, situada a cuatro kilómetros, tienen poca información al respecto.
Yunet, una directora de cine, quiere contar esta realidad a través de una película. Junto con su camarógrafo, realizan una visita secreta al lugar para documentar lo que está sucediendo.
An approach to the failed project of building a Nuclear Power Plant in Cuba, and how these facilities could be in the process of being reused as a hazardous waste dumpster, with all the possible consequences that this would imply. The inhabitants of the Nuclear City, located four kilometers away, have little information about it.
Yunet, a film director, wants to tell the story through a film. Together with her cameraman, they make a secret visit to the site to document what is happening.
